Jennifer L. Payne
In 2000, Jennifer began her career in human resources working within industries of automotive, communications, education, healthcare and advertising. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Master of Arts in Organizational Management, and a Certificate of Leadership Communications from Harvard University.
Jennifer has 15 years of human resources experience including in-depth knowledge of legal and state/federal corporate compliance, Diversity & Inclusion (D & I); coupled with a combined 8 years of professional experience in corporate communications, entertainment (film and sports) and philanthropic PR - including grassroots, community and urban initiatives.
Jennifer has helped with developing: strategic film campaign proposals, targeted media coverage, press releases, media advisories, bios, social media campaigns, marketing materials, special events and a host of various communication activities.
Jennifer has worked on well-known film projects such as: Lionsgate’s “Precious,” “From Paris with Love,” CBS’, “Extraordinary Measures,” and Paramount’s, “Flight.”
Jennifer’s background and experience is unique – one that brings diversity, strategic insight and effective communication strategies.
